[Tiger-devel] 2 New patches, support for Tru64.

Hello All,

I have committed preliminary support for Tru64 5.x into the mainline
Savannah tree. I have also committed a couple of minor (obvious) fixes.

I have two patches that are non-obvious that I wanted to run past the
list:

Tru64 does not like % : %.c as an implicent rule definition.
